Following the same principles as Hatha yoga, the sequences are developed dynamically and aim to increase both muscular strength and flexibility in the entire body.The harmonization of breath and movement promotes technical mastery and the fluidity, or flow, of the sequences. Instructors present different variations of the asanas (postures) so that everyone can enjoy it. This sustained practice develops concentration and is ideal to revitalize body, mind and relax the accumulated tensions, through true meditation in motion.
