Inferno hot Core/ tous niveaux
The ultimate workout! Our inferno core class is practiced in a room heated to 30 degrees with 40% humidity. It combines martial arts and boxing exercises for a complete cardiovascular workout, and pilates for toning up and building muscle.
This course improves stamina and strength, and refines the muscles for a better silhouette. The exercises can be tailored to suit each person – perfect for all levels of athletic ability.
Inferno core provides excellent results for both weight loss and well-being. The casual atmosphere of this class with both music and encouragement from the teacher makes it fun, while still demanding a lot of effort and sweat. You’re sure to get a great workout while having a great time!
