BIKRAM YOGA

Original hot yoga

This is a very specific 90-minute series of 26 yoga postures and breathing exercises taught by a 43 degree heat. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities; each pose addresses a certain part of the body, providing specific and powerful benefits for health.

 

The class is designed for beginners as well as for students who have a regular practice. Each class is open to new students.

INFERNO HOT CORE

For all levels

Inferno hot core is a high intensity interval training focused on the work of all body parts, with emphasis on the activation of the core and glutes. It is a weak impact, therefore safe for the joints, but a high intensity to give you a burning sensation / intense training. Come cut and tone your body in a fun and safe way!

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is a practice oriented to alignment, slow and powerful. Asanas (yoga postures) are explored taking into account both the traditional form and the good biomechanics. Based on many lineages, these full sessions combine strength, flexibility and immobility, addressing your body and mind.

 

You can expect personal modifications, time to feel the poses and a playful and positive environment. All practitioners are welcome.

YIN YOGA

These classes offer a softer and slower pace that uses gentle yoga and somatic movements in the structure of a yoga class. Somatic movements help to identify areas of the body that may be “locked in” due to aging, injury, surgery, or stress. The gentle hatha brings ongoing investigations to work with all parts of your complete being.

With an ongoing commitment to develop awareness, classes will include breath exercises, balance postures, meditation and relaxation. Let this class feel more mobile and centered. Suitable for those who want to do less traditional yoga asana but use movements to wake up not only the body but also the brain.

HATHA FLOW

Hatha Flow includes the same benefits as a traditional Hatha class (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations. Sun salutations, or flows, involve strength and endurance of the upper body, shoulders and spine, as well as stimulation of the nervous system.

 

This class is suitable for those who wish to maintain or deepen their flow practice and those who wish to create a flow in their practice while including the variety that Hatha provides.
