Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of body mechanics and uses yoga postures, or yogasanas, to allow the system to maintain higher energy levels.

Haṭha Flow Yoga is a modern and relatively dynamic form of Hatha Yoga. It is an energizing practice, where we will work postures, asana, both statically and in sequences or sequences more or less dynamic, the rhythm of breathing.

Yin yoga is a passive practice involving sitting and lying postures that allow access to deeper layers of fascia. It is designed to help you sit longer in meditation by stretching the connective tissue around the joints of the knees, pelvis, sacrum and spine.
